With your ticket, you can carry a handbag or backpack that does not exceed 5 kg and 30 kg free of charge, and checked baggage of 75 cm high x 50 cm wide as stipulated by Resolution ST 47/1995. When the transported baggage exceeds the regulatory limit, the passenger must pay the corresponding amounts for the excess baggage, which are governed by the values of package services (except for international services).
For hygiene and safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to carry animals on the bus.
It is strictly forbidden to carry the following as luggage on Cata Internacional units: BOXES, TELEVISIONS, MUSIC EQUIPMENT, BICYCLES, FURNITURE, WHITE GOODS, PLASTIC BAGS.
If at the end of your trip you find that your luggage is missing, you should go to the agency of the company located at the nearest bus terminal to report what happened. Any claims related to your belongings or transported luggage must be made before leaving the terminal and unavoidably within 24 hours after the trip has ended; this must also be substantiated by presenting the corresponding ticket or luggage control stub, along with the original ticket of the trip in your possession.
