How can I return my ticket purchased online?

To process the return of your bus tickets online, simply follow the procedure below. This operation can only be performed by the cardholder of the credit card used to pay for the bus tickets and is exclusive to tickets purchased at http://catainternacional.com/

If you purchased your ticket BEFORE March 5 and need to return it, please:

- Send us an email at devolucionesenlinea@catainternacional.com

- Call us at 0800 122 2282 (available Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM)

 

If you purchased your ticket AFTER March 5 and need to return it:

Request a refund by clicking the button below and filling out the form with the required information.

How can I return my ticket purchased by phone?

All ticket purchases made by phone can be returned through the same channel where they were purchased.

Tickets purchased at agencies

If you bought the ticket at an agency, you need to go to the same place where you made the purchase. You can check the list of agencies here.


Fees on returns

They vary according to the number of hours before departure when the request is made.
For purchases made with credit cards, the amounts will be credited to the same card.
